Things You'll Need:
- This is for 3-4 people:
- one 500g package of pasta (any kind you like)
- 2-3 mozzarella balls (the size of you cupped palm)
- 3-4 medium tomatoes (or 1-2 cups halved cherry tomatoes)
- 2-4 tbs. olive oil
- salt & pepper
- fresh basil (if available) or dried basil or oregano

Step 1
Boil a pot of water for the pasta. While the water is heating, chop the tomatoes to a size that you prefer to eat them. Cherry tomatoes are especially good for this pasta if you'd like a sweeter taste.

Once the water is boiling add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions. Now chop the mozzarella into small pieces, not too thick as the cheese should be able to melt a bit when added with the boiled pasta.

Once the pasta has boiled, drain it and put in a serving bowl. Mix in the chopped tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle the pasta with some olive oil (2-4 tbs. depending on how much you like), and then salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4
You can top the mozzarella tomato pasta off by seasoning it with fresh basil. If none is available sprinkle some dried basil or oregano according to your taste buds.
