Things You'll Need:
- Brie Wheel preferably
- Puff Pastry Sheet
- Apricot Jam
- Oven

Step 1
Thaw Puff Pastry Sheet and lay it on a clean cutting board. If it's too sticky rub with a pinch of flour

Lay wheel of Brie in the middle of the Pastry Sheet. Pat down into Puff Pastry. Then press a small indent in the middle of the cheese for the jam

Spread about 2 Tbsp of the Apricot Jam on top of the Brie Wheel. Spread outwards from the middle. This will provide sweetness. You can use other jams but apricot I find gives the best contrast.

Step 4
Fold the corners of the Puff Pastry Sheet over the Brie and Apricot Jam topping. You can cut off excess or just scrunch it together so that it looks like a pouch.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15-20 minutes or until Golden brown.

Serve immediately with sliced apples or crackers. Apples are way better though
