When exercising, many of us tend to keep track of the minutes. Instead, try doing a countdown. It is more effective when you do not look at time when exercising. You are more prone to concentrate on what you're doing, rather than seeing how long you can last until you stop.

Drinking cold water can actually help maximize your exercise. Studies show that keeping your body hydrated by drinking cold water helps your body work out 23 percent longer. Carry a bottle of water when you are jogging or exercising!

If you tend to head out at the gym, try to make a list of what you are going to do once you get there. A lot of us tend to waste time wandering around, not knowing what to do next.

Finally, listen to music when you exercise or go jogging! Music is a great distraction as well as a magical motivator! When I run on the treadmill, I like to listen to songs with nice beats to help me keep pumped up. It really helps! Once you follow all of these, you'll be on your way to a more slimmer physique as well as a healthier body.
