Step 1
Verify if the seller is selling certified items that are usually sold the original manaufacturer. You can usually check this by going to their website.

Check the seller's percentage of good reviews, usually it is about 95% or higher, if it is lower don't bid for it. If you choose to see how many good reviews they have, see the "see detailed feedback" button under the percentage.

Step 3
If the seller is a "power seller" then that increases the chances of not being scammed by a lot. Some sellers also have an Ebay store that they use for the purposes of a business.

Step 4
If you check the seller's "detailed feedback", if you see the same item that someone bought and they thought that it was positive, buy it. If the same item was negative, them don't buy it.
