Fill out an application online. You'll need to provide information about your finances, work history, availability for training and other personal information. You'll also need to send a $15 non-refundable application fee.

Review and sign the Uniform Franchise Disclosure document. You should have this looked over by an attorney as it will become a legal contract when you sign it and you will be obligated to fulfill your agreement to the company.

Choose your territory. Unlike many franchises, where you pay royalties, Candy Bouquet charges based on the size of the protected territory that you choose. If you don't have a lot of money to start, you can purchase a smaller territory and then extend it later as you have more capital. When you choose your territory, you'll have to send a 25 percent deposit to hold the area. The cost of a territory starts at $2,500 and goes up depending on its size.
