  1. Step 1

    Hula Hoop for 12 minutes at a fast speed and viola - you will have burned 100 calories! Plus, hula hooping is super fun.

  2. Step 2

    Do you run really fast? Run a mile in 5 minutes, and you'll have burned 100 calories.

  3. Step 3

    Walk at an incline for 13 minutes, and you will burn 100 calories. And walking is very easy on the joints. So why not walk up a hill for 13 minutes and burn 100 calories?

  4. Step 4

    Participate in extreme aerobics for 11 minutes. 11 minutes flies by, why not burn some calories while you are watching the time fly by...

  5. Step 5

    Jump rope for 10 minutes. Jumping rope is one of the best cardio activities you can do for your body. Try it, and see if you like it. It is a MAJOR calorie burner. And not mention how great it sculpts your body once you have been doing it for a while.
