There are many different ways to make Wedding Shower Invitations. You can have them designed for you or you can make them yourself to save some money. Below are some options on how to make Wedding Shower Invitations.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer
  • Printer
  • Patience
  1. Step 1

There are many businesses on the internet that specialize in Wedding Invitations. A few sites are Wedding Paper Divas, The American Wedding and Vista Print(links to the sites are below). Many sites you can request a catalog to view their entire selection or stationary.

  2. Step 2

If you want to find a store so you can look at in person then the best place to start would be at a card shop. They would have the biggest selection of invitations. Next I would try a party store, like Party City, since they would have a section devoted to Showers.

  3. Step 3
    Invitation Kit

If you want to make the invitations yourself then you will need to go to an office supply, craft store or any store that sells invitations. Some of those stores are; Staples, Michael's, AC Moore, Target and Walmart. The kits will contain the necessary directions to design and print your invitations.

  4. Step 4

The hardest part of making an invitation is choosing the wording. There are so many styles and formats to choose from. There are many websites with ideas for wording, some are funny and non-traditional, while most are traditional or casual. In the link section are links to some of those sites.

Tips & Warnings
  • Because there are so many styles to choose from, deciding on an invitation can take time so be patient.
  • Try to stick with the Bride or Groom personality when deciding on an invitation
  • Now a days there are combined showers where both genders attend, not just the bride or the groom.
