My friends and I discovered this tasty treat while we were doing the Atkins diet.
While the Atkins diet certainly has a divide of people for and against it. This snack is tasty for everyone.

Once again eHow is requesting that I add words to my article to make it longer.

For some reason they must feel that the quality of an article is tied to it's length.

The preceding has been added, not in an attempt to provide better content, but to hit the dammed word minimum. Thank you for your patience.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Cookie sheet
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • oven
  1. Step 1

Place the pepperoni slices on a cookie sheet. You can space them tightly together, but do not overlap the edges.

  2. Step 2

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the pepperoni slices. Try to stay only on the pepperoni slices and not let too much get onto the metal.

  3. Step 3

Place the cookie sheet in the oven, cook on 350 for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the edges of the pepperoni start to turn brown.

    Remove, let cool and eat.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can also make these in the microwave in a similar fashion. I usually put down a paper towel on a plate, throw out a few slices, sprinkle on the parmesean and after nuking them a few minutes you have a quick low (probably no) carb snack.
  • The longer you cook them the crunchier the Parmeronis will get and the cheese will take on a real cheddary taste. This may or may not be to your liking, but do watch them carefully so they don't burn.
