1. First, visit donotcall.gov. To make it easy for you, the link has been included in the resource section of this article. Just click on the link.

2. At the website, you can add up to three phone numbers. You will also need to add an email address. Click submit.

3. The next page will let you confirm the information you entered. To confirm just click register.

4. You will receive an email from [e-mail]. You must click on the link included in this email within 72 hours to register for the national do not call list.

5. Congratulations, your phone numbers are now on the national do not call list. The amount of solicitations and telemarketing calls that you receive should drop dramatically.
