How to Make An Easy Banana Dessert
Bananas are a great food for all-round health benefits, for the average person, the dieter or even athletes. The combination of carbohydrates and B vitamins provides an energy boost that makes them great to eat 30 minutes before a workout, or at breakfast to boost energy at the start of the day. Bananas also contain vitamins C and A, and high levels of potassium. The natural fiber in bananas is good for healthy bowels, cardiovascular health, protection from strokes and protection from ulcers, and helps regulate blood pressure.
