Instructions

    • 1

Whip heavy cream and add stevia, truvia or splenda to taste as well as 4 tsps of vanilla extract. I like a lot of vanilla, but not too much that the cream doesn't get thick. Whip until soft peaks are formed.

    • 2

Thaw strawberries if they are frozen and slice. Slice angel food cake into three layers horizontally. Separate layers to prepare for cream and strawberries.

    • 3

Layer cream and sliced strawberries on top of each slice of angel food cake. Continue until final slice is covered. Top with more whipped cream and strawberries. Drizzle with vanilla extract. Slice and enjoy with family and friends! Serves 6.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can also add blueberries, raspberries and blackberries for more variety and color.
