Neck pain is caused by strains in the neck muscles. Fortunately, you can ease neck pain without medication. With a Neck Traction Device, you will prevent poor posture, relieve tension and stress in the neck, which will ease neck pain.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Neck Traction Device
  • A Comfortable Chair
  1. Step 1

    Sit in a comfortable chair and relax

  2. Step 2

    Place a Neck Traction Device around your neck beginning increase pressure to the neck with low pressure for 5 to 10 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Gradually add pressure, by squeezing the air bulb on the Neck Traction Device slowly, until you are comfortable with the amount of pressure being applied to your neck.

  4. Step 4

    Allow the Neck Traction Device to comfortable stretch your neck for any where of between 5-15 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Release the air from the Neck Traction Device slowly when you are finished stretching your neck.

  6. Step 6

    Remove the Neck Traction Device from your neck and notice a significant difference in the muscles of your neck.

Tips & Warnings
  • Increase and decrease the air pressure on the Neck Traction Device repetitively for intermittent stretching
  • Within a few days of using the Neck Traction Device, you can increase the pressure and use it for 20 to 25 minutes two or three times daily.
  • Avoid any exaggerated movements of the neck are for approximately 10 minutes after removing the Neck Traction Device.
