    Many of us, at some point or another have confronted either a hostile person, either at work or with our interpersonal relationships, in our family, so how do you deal with, excessively complaining people, the best thing to do is to hear out, a person expressing their misery, allow them to vent constructively, giving less response of personal opinions, in responding to a person misery, wait until our advice is ask upon, before, giving out advice.

    Dealing with a severely hostile, individual(s) or difficult individual, it good to keep a quiet attitude and a calm disposition, on any occasions, especially if one's perceive one's life is being endangered, by a hostile person, when a hostile person become unbearable, call the proper law enforcement authorities, to handle the matter, never taking the law into one's own hands.

    Practice, deep relaxation and breathing exercises by inhaling slowing through your mouth, by counting three slowly, pause a second, and exhale slowly counting to three, this helps release tension and unhealthy stress, in the respiratory system of the human anatomy, improving the oxygen level in the body, and helps overall health in psychological and physical well-being.
