Instructions

Cinch your waist with a great belt

Dig out the accessories. A great way to breathe new life into a wardrobe is through accessories and belts are not only fun, but a perfect way to accentuate a feminine shape. Try belts in a variety of materials, patterns and hardware and belt everything from cardigan sweaters, dresses and or a basic white button- down shirt. The possibilities are endless.

      Cool jacket and tunic combination

Try new silhouettes. If you have a cropped jacket, pair it with a longer tunic for contrast and visual interest. Often we have certain items in our wardrobe that we wear religiously with other items, but the key to a fresh new look is to try unexpected combinations.

      Try bright colors

Nowadays, colors have to "go" not "match" which means they should be in the same color palette. Two bright colors can be paired with a neutral for extra pop, like yellow, red and beige! Tie the colors together with accessories that have all the three colors in them.

      A dress for all seasons

Use all clothing during all seasons. The key to wearing fresh summer pieces in the winter is layering. A floral tank under a wool blazer or bright dresses toned down with tights and cardigans are a couple of examples on how to make your wardrobe work overtime all year long.

      Cute sweaters with basic bottoms

Focus on tops. A great pair of jeans, a pencil skirt and a few pants in neutral colors such as gray, black, white and are all you need when your wardrobe is "top heavy". Shirts, sweaters and blouses in an array of colors and styles can extend your looks when paired with basic neutral bottoms. It makes it appear like your wardrobe is endless!
