Here are some of the biggest mistakes people engage in when their trying to build muscle!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Skipping Out On Your Cardio Workout is a no no! Your weight training program is practically useless unless you incorporate with it a complete cardio workout program.

A cardio workout program stimulates you cardiovascular system and plays a vital role in your muscle building program.

An Aerobic workout has also been shown to speed up muscle recovery from weight training by transporting oxygen and blood flow to the muscles.

  2. Step 2

Over training The Biceps & Triceps is a time wasting effort, what you should do instead is focus your attention on building the muscle mass of your large muscle groups and your Biceps & Triceps will easily follow.

  3. Step 3

Not Focusing On Getting Stronger In order to increase the number of sets of your muscle building routine you need to get stronger.

It's important that you also include a strength training program to complement your body building workout routines. This will allow you to do more reps, improve your technique, extend your workout time and speed up your recovery.
