There is a burst of interest in ebooks lately. With the release of the Kindle 2, and those that received the first Kindle that Amazon released, it has made ebooks a hot seller. The portability of taking a library with you on long trips or when you are waiting in a doctor’s office makes ebooks the top of the most searched things out there. Many times ebooks offer a slight discount from paper books. But with the economy like it is now, with more and more out of work and pinching pennies, the thought of getting ebooks for free is even more exciting. While you can get a wide range of free ebooks for the Kindle ebook reader, this article will tell you about the free thriller books that you can find.

Step 2
As of the writing of this article, there are five free thriller ebooks available. Now you can sift through the thousands of mystery and thriller books on amazon to find which ones are the free ebooks, or you can follow my simple directions to make sure that you can find them all quickly and easily.

Step 3
First off go to the Amazon website and make sure you are on the homepage. Now don’t think you can just type it into the bar, for some reason this doesn’t bring all of them up. Go to the left hand side of the website and see where it says Kindle. Scroll with your mouse and it opens up a drop down that has Kindle books as a choice. Click on that.

Now you will see the categories of all the Kindle books that they have on the website. You should see Fiction, click on that, then scroll to where it says Mysteries and Thrillers. Click on that. This is all the mystery and thriller ebooks for the kindle, yea there’s a lot of them. Now go to the right of the screen to where you can get to a drop down box that has the function of resorting this massive list from “low to high” on the pricing. This will resort the whole list, bringing the free ones up first. At the time of this writing it was five, but its ever changing. There is also many hundred that are under a $1 if you want a higher selection.

Keep checking back at the Kindle ebook store so that you stay on top of all the new releases for the ebook reader. You should have a never ending supply of really cool books in very different styles of writing to choose from. Some of these free ones are from lesser known authors, or in public domain, but are nonetheless enjoyable to read.
