How to Know when someone has a big EGO

We all have egos, but some of us manage it, some of us do not. We all know people, maybe one or two who have huge egos, people who are ego maniacs. Here are some signs.

      They get frustrated if you disagree agree with them. People who can not manage their egos are people who need everyone to agree with them or it hurts their , yep you got it, their ego. If you let the ego go, why get hurt or take it personal? We are entitled to our opinions. These people can disagree agree with you, but you can not with them without insulting them.

      It's never enough for them. You try and try, but, to no avail, you just can't win.

      They talk about themselves, they are not interested in what is going on in your life, they need to be heard. They need to talk about themselves, there is no 2 way interaction in a conversation, it is all about them.

      They monopolize and pontificate. They need to be heard. So with this, they over talk, they raise their voice, the interrupt and become impatient. Let them talk, allow them to hear how they sound, hopefully that will work. It can be draining, if it is, simply let them know you can not talk and you will speak to them another time.

      People with big egos love attention. Ever hear of stroke the ego? Well, you can get away with a lot if you do that. They relish in being complimented on and does not take much, flattery can get you every where.

      People with big egos judege and critisize but you can not do tat to them. They are hypocritical, more than most.
