Step 1
Brow powder or liner -There are brow powders and liners on the market you can buy today in an array of colors, so you can find your perfect shade. The problem is many women do not know how to properly apply these products. Here are a few things to keep in mind.
Choose a shade as close to your on natural eyebrow color or a shade slightly darker.
Blow excess powder off brush before you begin to apply.
You want to use an angled eyeshadow brush when using powder. It is the easiest brush to use for applying powders. -
Step 2
Eye shadow - If you do not have an eyebrow pencil or powder you can use a shade of eye shadow as close to your natural eyebrow color or a shade slightly darker.

Step 3
If you are noticing it is taking a long time for your eyebrows to grow back and you are concerned, you can use Rogaine 5%. If you notice your eyebrows naturally thinning as well.
Apply some on a Q-Tip and apply it all over your eyebrow area, being careful not to get any in your eye. Do this two a day, for a couple weeks, then cu back to once a day for a period of up to four months. The hair will grow back fast and the Rogaine works great. -
Step 4
Toothbrush - Use a toothbrush and comb your eyebrows downward to help make them appear fuller.
