Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Step 1
For the basic crepe: In a large mixing bowl stir together milk, water and melted butter; add salt; With electric mixer on low speed, slowly add the flour, beating until smooth. (for sweet crepes, add 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla - for savory crepes, add 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach to batter)

Step 2
On a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat, pour 1/4 cup of batter (for one crepe). Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until bottom is lightly browned. Turn; cook other side until lightly browned.

Step 3
To make a chicken and mushroom filling: In a saucepan mix together 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1/8 cup all-purpose flour and 1/8 cup butter; heat to boiling; boil one more minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 1 cup chopped chicken and 1 cup sliced mushrooms. Spread mixture down center of each crepe and roll up.

Step 4
Banana dessert crepes: spread small amount of vanilla pudding down center of crepe; add sliced bananas; roll up; drizzle semi-sweet chocolate over top.
