Things You'll Need:
- You will obviously need a computer, windows movie maker, time, camera (optional, only if you are uploading a video from your camera onto the computer.)
-
Step 1
The very first step is to open wmm.
-
Step 2
You have to import your pictures or videos, you can import them by clicking Import Pictures/Videos at the left bar.
-
Step 3
Double click to get the picture/video imported.
-
Step 4
After you import the picture/video it should be in wmm, in the middle where it has your picture/ video. Now, drag it to your timeline at the bottom.
-
Step 5
You can shorten it by scrolling all the way to the end of the time line and put your mouse over the end of the clip and click. Hold your click and drag it to the left.
-
Step 6
Now this step has a has-to-do thing and an optional step. If you recorded a video from your camera and imported it into wmm then you don't have to add music, but you can if you want but wmm doesn't let you add music ON your clip. If you made the video by using your computer or animation you can add music. To add music you have to download the music onto your computer first and save it into a file. Here are some options for the program to download music. You can use limewire, though it is pretty much illegal, or you can search it up on google. After you download the song you would like then you go Audio/Music and do the same thing as you did with picture/ video.
-
Step 7
Now go to the top where it says Publish video after you are done, and publish it to your computer so you are able to upload your video on youtube.com or some site where you upload videos.
-
Step 8
Next step ENJOY!!!
