Go to the MSN website and click on the "My MSN" link on the upper left-hand side of the screen. Sign into your MSN account by entering in your Hotmail e-mail user name and password.

Click the "Customize" link on the upper right-hand toolbar. Here you can choose to update the theme and layout. Themes include soccer balls, XBox logos, nature scenes, as well as a variety colors.
