Italian dressing is popular as a topping for salads and is a common ingredient in many recipes as well. It can also be used as a marinade for either chicken, fish or beef.

Here is a recipe for Italian dressing that has additional zing to it with the addition of apple cider vinegar.

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar 1 tsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. honey Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tsp. salt 4 tbsp. parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. dried basil, oregano, and parsley Blender

    Make Italian Dressing With Apple Cider Vinegar

  1. Step 1

    Assemble all the ingredients to make sure you have everything necessary to make the dressing.

  2. Step 2

    Measure the ingredients and pour into the blender in the order given.

  3. Step 3

    Process the blender at a medium speed for approximately 10 seconds.

  4. Step 4

    Taste the dressing and add more salt or honey, if necessary.

  5. Step 5

    Pour the dressing into a glass jar, seal and store in the refrigerator. The dressing will keep for several weeks.

  • Stir the dressing well before each use.
