Step 1
Download the uTorrent downloader (see Resources). It's a free, small, and fast-working utility for downloading torrents.

Install uTorrent on your computer and create a shortcut on your desktop.

Open Internet Explorer or any other web browser that you use. Type "www.btjunkie.org" in the address bar and press "Enter." You'll be taken to the Internet's largest torrent file search engine.

Type "LimeWire Pro" in the BTJunkie search bar. Wait till the list populates and click on the item with the highest amount of seeds and a green health bar status bar. This ensures that you'll get a fast and virus-free download.

Click on the down-pointing arrow beside the name of the torrent to download it. Save it to an accessible folder (a download folder or a folder on the desktop).

Close your web browser.

Open uTorrent and click on "File." A drop-down menu will appear on which you should click "Add Torrent..."

Notice a system folder where torrents are kept will open. If the system folder that opens isn't the one where you save the LimeWire Pro torrent, then navigate to it and then click on the torrent. Once you click the torrent, another window opens to give you the option of downloading everything contained in the torrent file. For some torrents, like music albums, the songs, playlists and the album covers are included in torrent files. Just check everything you want included in the download and then click on "OK." This will begin the download. Wait for download to complete.

Right-click on the torrent to delete it from uTorrent or allow other users to leech it from you the same way you got it. Be warned that leechers could slow your computer (you're advised to delete the file and exit uTorrent).

Find the folder where the LimeWire Pro application file is kept (the same folder where the torrent is) and install the application. Follow the directions in the Installation Wizard and LimeWire Pro will be yours, free of charge.
