      Download LG5000. This file is the key to making a JVC DVD player region free. A link is located in the Resources section.

      Unzip LG5000 and burn it to a blank CD. Open your burning software, locate LG5000, select it, and then press "Burn."

      Insert the CD into your JVC DVD player. Once the DVD player reads the CD, it will then display your region code and ask what region code you would like.

      Press "0" on your JVC DVD player remote and then press "OK."
