- For each use of the bath scrub: 2 tbsp. coarse sea salt 2 tbsp. Epsom salt 2 tsp. essential oil of your choice For each use of the bath salt: 1 cup Epsom salt 1 tbsp. essential oil of your choice Jars with lids for storage

Combine the bath scrub ingredients together until thoroughly mixed.

Let the scrub mixture sit in the jar covered for at least 24 hours to allow the essential oil to penetrate the salts.

Rub 1/2 cup of the bath scrub over your skin when you bathe to exfoliate and cleanse. Store leftover scrub covered in the air-tight jar.
