Shop for Halloween decorations at the supermarket, Halloween superstores and on the Internet. Decide what your budget is and create a plan of what you are going to put inside and outside the car.

Hang a skull or other spooky symbol from the rearview window.

Spread fake spider webs across the back ledge of the rearview window.

Within the spider web, scatter fake spiders, bugs and fake eyeballs all around. Fake severed fingers are also a good addition.
