Make Signature for Email on IE

Creating a signature for an email account gives email messages a professional appearance. An email signature typically contains the sender's name and other contact information, such as the email address or phone number. For personal use, email signatures often include a favorite saying. Internet Explorer users have access to an email program--either Outlook Express or Windows Mail--which allows the user to make and choose from several signatures. Create a business signature for work and a personal one to use when emailing family and friends.
