Brochures are referred to as "pamphlets" or "leaflets." Businesses and individuals employ brochures for various reasons. You can make custom-made brochures for any project.   1. Step 1

    Choose the type of brochure you want to make. The selections are "With a Mailing Panel" or "Without Mailing Panel." A brochure template opens a new window.

    Access the brochure inside and outside. Click on the buttons (Edit Outside or Edit Inside) located under Edit/View to open each one separately.

    Customize the text. Highlight the text and replace or delete it. Do this for both sides.

    Edit pictures on the custom-made brochure. Select any picture to access the Photo Editing Tools. Use the tools to zoom in or out, rotate or move photos on the brochure.

  7. Step 7

    Add your own photos to the brochure. Select the picture. Click on the "Replace Photo With My Own" button. Use the Browse button to locate the picture. Click on the "Upload Button" to insert the picture.

  8. Step 8

    Finish editing. Review all areas of the brochure. Make changes as needed. Click on "Done Editing" and then "Next" twice.

  9. Step 9

    Print your custom-made brochure. Use the buttons for printing the outside and then inside of the brochure.

Tips & Warnings
  • Save a copy of your custom brochure. Click on the "Save" button located on the upper left of the window. Create an account through supplying your email address. Name your project and place a check mark next to "I agree to the Terms and Conditions." Click on "Save." A link will be emailed to you for easy future access. Use the "Start Over" button at any time to begin a custom-made brochure again.
  • Always print a test page first before using special paper. Make sure you insert the paper correctly for printing the back of the custom made brochure. Practice this with regular paper.
