When working in Adobe Photoshop, you may have noticed that the default file-type for saving your images is JPEG. But it's actually very simple to create .GIF images in Photoshop.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer Adobe Photoshop software
  1. Step 1

    Create your image in Photoshop.

  2. Step 2

    When you go to save the file, choose the "Save As" option instead of the "Save" option.

  3. Step 3

    Click on the pulldown menu to see a list of file types to choose from.

  4. Step 4

    Choose to save your image as a .gif file. Click "Save."
