Step 1
Digital point and shoot cameraMeasure the diameter of your camera's lens. You can find out the diameter by measuring the width across the glass of the lens with a tape measures or a ruler.

Get a wide angle door viewer, you can buy one of these at any hardware store for around $11. Wide angle door viewers come in different diameters so buy the one closest to the size of your lens. It's best to buy a wide angle door viewer that is slightly larger than your lens than to buy one that is smaller. The door viewer should be wide enough to slide over the lens of the camera.

Step 3
Turn on your camera and press the "Zoom" button, the lens should extend out. You will need to leave your camera's lens extended while using the fisheye effect.

Slide the wide angle door viewer over the top of the lens.

Duct tape the door knob viewer on to the lens and you ready to start taking pictures.
