  1. Step 1

    Copy this link "http://direct.motorola.com/hellomoto/nss/usb_drivers_pc_charging_drivers.asp" and paste it into the address bar at the top of your Internet browser. You can do so by left-clicking your mouse and dragging your mouse over the link. Right-click on the high-lighted link and scroll to copy. Go to your address bar and erase the current address in the bar. Right-click your mouse again and scroll down the drop box and press " Paste." Click "Enter" on your keyboard when the link appears in your address bar.

  2. Step 2

    Download the file driver that appears. This is the Motorola USB driver software that will enable you to unlock the phone and configure its settings. Extract and collapse the file when it appears and the notification screen prompts you to continue with the download. The driver's technical title will say "Motorola_EU_Driver_Installation.msi." You will be offered three options in the download window. Click "Run" when prompted on the "File Download" screen. The "Terms and License Agreement" will appear and prompt you to accept the terms of the software's agreement.

    Click "I Agree" and accept the terms to proceed. The Internet Security Window will appear. Click "Allow" to advance to the actual download. The InstallShield Wizard will indicate when the installation has been successfully installed. Click "Close" to exit the installation.

    Connect your USB adapter to the phone and computer. Your computer should detect the mobile device. Click on your PK2 Commander in the phone's settings to install and connect the unlock driver to your mobile device.
