How to Prepare for the NCLEX Examination
The National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) tests are created by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN). Individuals who want to become licensed nurses must pass this exam to receive professional credentials. The test is largely comprised of medical abbreviations and terminology, and there are several online and offline review courses and programs available to help prospective nurses pass the NCLEX the first time they take it.

This guide can serve as supplementary educational materials for review courses and classes, or as a fast track self-study program. Register for the NCLEX-RN Prep course from Kaplan Nursing. This review course is available as a comprehensive or supplemental study program and offers online access to video streaming tutorials and online exams. You can begin by reviewing the course book and taking the first assessment test.
