  • 1/2 cup sliced limes
  • 1 cup lime sherbet
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 3/4 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt

Instructions

      Wash and slice the lime and wash the fresh berries. If you prefer, you can use frozen raspberries.

      Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. If you want a frosty texture, add ice to the mix as well.

      Blend everything together until the consistency is smooth. If you want a thinner drink, add milk; to thicken the smoothie, add sherbet or yogurt.
