Step 1
Sexy Toned LegsIf you want to have nice toned legs you must keep yourself active.
Go for walks everyday or you can go rollerblading. Bike riding also works.
When you go somewhere take the stairs instead of the elevator. Do as much walking as possible. Do leg exercises at least 3 times a week or everyday if possible. -
Step 2
Eat healthy foods and drink plenty of water. Usually about 6-8 cups a day.
Water will help minimize varicose veins, cellulite, and stretch marks and your legs will look amazing. -
Step 3
Exfoliate your legs and remove hair from your legs on a regular basis.
Apply lotion after every shower or bath to keep your skin soft and moisturized. -
Step 4
Do not wear tight jeans or clothes as this can lead to varicose veins on your legs.

You do need to put some effort on your part if you want to see results.
