Step 1
Example Email1. You will receive an email from a meeting organizer sent through Meeting Wizard. The email will instruct you to click on the link in the email to complete the contact add process. Click on the link.

Example WindowAn internet window will open displaying fields for you to complete. Complete all those that apply and click Submit to send the update. If you make a mistake and you wish to start over, you may click Reset to clear all the fields on the screen.

Example ResponseWhen you see the repsonse message “Thank you for updating your contact information.” you may close the internet window or continue to other work on the web.
