There are a myriad to choose from and it can be a drug store brand or a department store brand. Spending more money doesn't always mean better results, but you must find one suited to you. Get into an exercise program that you do 3-5 a week. If you don't like going to the gym, find physical activities you enjoy. Drink lots of fluids, preferably water, although only drink enough for your weight. Studies have shown that adequate water intake results in a plumper look to the skin. Those that are dehydrated tend to show more fine lines, dark circles and wrinkles so drink up. This is the most inexpensive route to beautiful skin.

Moisturize twice a day and use sunscreen everyday. Moisturizing helps skin stay supple and sunscreen protects skin from harmful uva/uvb rays as well as the oxidization process. Sunscreen should be an spf of 30 or higher. Choose a moisturizer that is non-comedegenic as well as anti-aging. Good ones are also lifting and do not forget your neck and decollete.

Get your rest. Moving a mile a minute may make you feel like you are accomplishing more, but you can't live on that type of schedule for very long without showing signs of wear and tear. Rest is needed to help the body repair itself and also helps to reduce stress. Don't underestimate the power of a good night's sleep. It will also help you feel better overall and give you more energy to tackle the day's concerns. Your skin is one of the first things people see. Looking well rested is another key to looking energized.
