Step 1
Drink Plenty of Water. Water aids our digestive system and helps our metabolism. Technically speaking hydrolysis is the process of breaking down larger molecules into smaller ones by adding water. This is a digestive process that helps our vitamins and nutrients flow throughout our bodies to give us the energy source we need. Water is the first key to healthy eating.

Step 2
Eat Early.
Eating a healthy breakfast kick starts our day. We get the physical and mental energy to start a productive day by eating a breakfast that gives us high energy. Generally you want to have fruit as the main course for breakfast because it is high in natural fructose that is easily digested and full of energy. The fresh fruit also is full of enzymes to helps you break down and digest food so your body does not use all of its enzymes to do the same job. Then our enzymes can concentrate on rejuvenating our bodies. -
Step 3
Eat Often.
We should eat 5 to 6 meals a day. We should eat every 2-3 hours. Breakfast, morning snack, lunch afternoon snack, dinner and evening snack.
The snacks should be fruit, vegetables, whole grains or nuts. You can even have a small meal as a snack. This keeps your energy up throughout the day and by eating smaller portions at all meals you lose weight. Your body also can easily digest the food and process the energy you need. -
Step 4
Eat Healthy.
Healthy eating is a diet of 9 or more servings of fresh fruit and raw vegetables daily. Balanced with whole grains, nuts and beans. Limit meat, fish and poultry to no more than 10% of your daily calories. Watch the refined sugar and sodium you eat. Completely avoid soda and other commercially produced drinks. Water, fresh juice, natural tea is all you need to drink. Avoid calories without nutritional value. -
Step 5
Freshly Juiced fruit and vegetables are the healthiest way to get all of the vitamins, minerals and nutrients you need. A variety of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and beans will give you all protein, carbohydrates, polyunsaturated fat and fiber you need without adding excessive, unnecessary calories. By eating a balanced healthy diet you will lose weight naturally without counting calories or any fad program.
