Step 1
EBAY
EBay is probably the biggest source of used wedding dresses. There is an enormous selection of sizes and styles to choose from in almost every price range. -
Step 2
CONSIGNMENT SHOPS
If eBay doesn't have what you were looking for you can try your local consignment shops. Many times, brides try to sell their wedding dress through a consignment shop. Finding a dress in your size and/or style might be hit or miss - but if you find something you can try it on and there is no dealing with mail delivery. If your consignment shop doesn't have what you are looking for you can always let the shop owner know your size and an idea of what you wanted, and they can let you know if something comes in. -
Step 3
CRAIG'S LIST & CLASSIFIEDS
Don't forget to check out Craig's List or your local classified for used wedding dresses! -
Step 4
Believe it or not there is really a Used Wedding Dress.Com website! It's primarily a source of various links for buying and selling wedding dresses. You just might find your dream dress here! (See resources for link).
-
Step 5
ACCESSORIES
If you can't bear the thought of wearing a "used" wedding dress, then consider saving money by purchasing second hand accessories such as the head piece, veil or shoes.

on 10/29/2009 So, I went online and found plenty of places that you can buy and sell used wedding items. I liked RecycledBride.com -- http://www.recycledbride.com/ the best -- it's easy to use and free.
