Things You'll Need:
- Stiff Brush
- Boot/Shoe Polish
- Horse Hair Brush
- Water

Step 1
First, knock off any mud or dirt that may be on the boots. This can be helped with the stiff brush.

Next, take a rag and the polish. Spread the polish over the entire boot. Take and with the Horse Hair Brush the entire boot.

Next, starting at the toe, take the rag dab a small amount of polish and water. In one area, rub the area in small circles. Continue to rub in small circles, dabbing the rag in water and polish.

Continue to do this until the whole boot is done. Do this to the other boot. Now you should have very highly shined boots.

Step 5
Military Low QuarterOn a final note, the only shoe the military has is the low-quarter shoe. They are patent Leather, and highly polished. To clean them, use window cleaner. This is the only thing needed to clean them.
