This is an easy recipe which is low in calories, Delicious inexpensive and Filling! This Grilled Chicken Salad recipe can be made in a few minutes with a few simple ingredients and little effort! Give it a try. You will be happy you did!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Lettuce (bagged or head)
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 large tomato
  • Bacon Bits or similar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • chicken breast
  • Lite Barbeque Sauce
  1. Step 1

    Marinate a boneless chicken breast in Light Barbeque sauce. Marinate at least an hour (Overnight is best). Preheat oven to 375 degrees and place chicken breast in oven on lightly greased baking plate or tin foil. Cook about 20 minutes until chicken is no longer pink on inside. Turning over once.

  2. Step 2

    While Chicken is cooking in oven, peel cucumber, wash and slice tomato, onion, pepper,cucumber and lettuce and arrange on large plate. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Step 3

    Take grilled chicken breast out of oven and cut into thin slices. Place sliced chicken over salad and sprinkle with bacon bits. Top it off with a few shakes of Balsamic Vinegar. Your done! Enjoy your delicious low calorie grilled chicken salad !

Tips & Warnings
  • Wash vegetables before eating.
  • Add or replace any vegetables you like.
  • Recipe can be made with pork and even beef.
  • This can be grilled on bbq or pan.
