The dish makes 3 dozen meatballs and serves 12 people if they eat 3 meatballs each.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 1 C. Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1 small Onion, grated
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 (28 oz) jar Pizza Sauce
  • 12 oz. pkg. Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parchment paper
  1. Step 1

Combine ground beef, Italian bread crumbs, grated onion, garlic salt and beaten egg in a large bowl. Form into 36 meatballs.

  2. Step 2

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place meatballs on cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.

  3. Step 3

While meatballs are baking, empty pizza sauce into saucepan. Heat on stove until hot, about 10-15 minutes.

  4. Step 4

In a large casserole dish layer baked meatballs, hot pizza sauce, and the mozzarella cheese. Put back into the 350 degree oven just until you see the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
