Things You'll Need:
- One soft (organic) tofu;
- One and half to two teaspoon instant coffee, mocha or espresso;
- Two and half tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder;
- One and half to two and half cold (organic) heavy whipping cream;
- One tablespoon of vanilla alcohol free;
- One chocolate sugar free or unsweetened.

Step 1
Use a food processor to mix the tofu, coffee or mocha, pudding, cocoa powder and the chocolate sugar free to a creamy, flowing substance.
Get a separate bowl, and whisk the whip cream with few of sweetener and the vanilla to a stiff phase. -
Step 2
Turn on the pudding blender and turn off the blender quickly. Because if you over beat it, you will come close to a chocolate butter.

Now you can spoon into glasses or cups. Cover it, and chill it for at least one hour and half before serving.
