Step 1
Consider a college that is set up for the older, working college student. The University of Phoenix has accelerated degree programs and most of their classes are in the evening. They have extension centers all over the country, and some even in large companies to help their workers attend college easily. If you work for a large company, see if they have a University of Phoenix extension center.

Step 2
Go to college online. More and more accredited colleges are offering classes online. And you don't have to be a technical wizard to attend. The online classes are easy to attend and you can do it from home.
-
Step 3
If you are working, check with your company to see if they offer tuition reimbursement. Many do these days. This means you will be able to get your degree, work, and get your tuition paid for as well. This is a ton of work, but in the end it will be worth it.
