Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • One Small Package Sliced Beef Luncheon Meat (2.5 to 3 ounce package), finely chopped
  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • One tablespoon Butter or Margarine
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • Large Saucepan
  • Wood Spoon
  • Sharp Knife
  • Cutting Board
  1. Step 1

To begin, melt one tablespoon of butter or margarine in a large saucepan. Then, slowly cook chopped onion, in the melted butter or margarine, until soft and tender. Use the low heat setting on your stove top to prevent scorching.

  2. Step 2

Add in cream cheese and one cup of milk and constantly stir until cream cheese is melted. Next, add finely chopped beef luncheon meat to the saucepan and stir until the whole hot beef dip is well mixed and heated thoroughly.

  3. Step 3

This dip may be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days before use. Just reheat it in the microwave and stir well before serving. Serve this tasty beef dip warm with corn or tortilla chips.
