Do the online tour and demo at the website before you enroll for sure. Once you are in, you can cencel anytime you want. They are there to help you when you needed and can do that either by email and/or by phone.
Do not pester the workers when unnecessary. They are there to work and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask. If hyou decide to not stay with the program, you can cancel but if you are in deep enough where you did borrow money from the government to help you with your schooling and not finish it, you have to pay them back. That's the bad thing about college whether it's offline or online. Think about this seriously before going in deeper than you wanted to.
