Jiffy is perfect for this easy peach cobbler recipe.

Open up the cake mix. After pouring the peaches, open your Jiffy cake mix.

I use Jiffy yellow cake mix because not only is it cheap, but just the right amount. Pour Jiffy cake mix on top of your peaches and syrup, already in the dish.

This sounded so good, I made it the very same night I read it. Sadly, my 7 in pan needed more time than 40 min, so next time I'll do it for 55 in my odd pan... but the outside edges were very tasty!
