How to Appreciate YOU
You are amazing! God did not create anyone else like you in the entire world. We often times set goals for ourselves (high ones) yet they don't come to fruition. It's okay not to achieve every goal you set for yourself. You are still an outstanding unique person with a tremendously bright future...if you are not too hard on yourself and you dedicate yourself to appreciating you.

1
Out of all the people out there in the world, you are the only one who will really look out for you. It's important to understand that you bring something to the table that no one else can bring...and that's you.
-
2
Acknowledge that no one on this earth is perfect, including you. Therefore, don't get too caught up in someone else's opinion of you, no matter how important they may be. Appreciate the imperfect you. If you think you are perfect, please leave the planet because you'll mess the rest of us up.
-
-
3
Never for a second believe that someone else is better than you, just because they happen to know one or two things that you didn't know. Remember, you also know things no one else knows and you can do things no one else can do.
-
4
Hone those positive characteristics that make you unique. Develop and polish them. Say to yourself that you are the best at what you do and you are the best at being you.
-
5
Exude confidence around others. Absorb every positive comment someone makes about you and believe it. You already know you're not perfect and you don't need anyone else to tell you that, so dismiss all negative comments someone makes about you.
-
6
Do things for yourself to show how much you appreciate you such as:
-Throw a party for you
-Take a regularly scheduled day off from work for you
-Write a poem for you
-Send yourself flowers or a gift through the mail
-Thank God for you
