Some thrift stores sell movies, and with the recent popularity with Blu-Ray movies they often times will carry a decent sized selection. However, you have to be cautious. Sometimes the deals they offer aren't really that great.

Auction sites sometimes have great deals with used Blu-Ray movies. Auction sites that are lesser known than Ebay will usually have better deals, since not as many people use those sites and the items won't bid up as high.

Some chain entertainment stores offer a selection of used movies for decent deals. Be careful though, sometimes the prices aren't really deals. Smaller local stores would offer a bettter deal.

Amazon constantly offers great deals on Blu-Ray movies. They also have prices that are as low, or lower, than stores like Wal mart. They also have sellers that sell their used movies through them, so if you want to buy used you can get great deals as well. Look at my resources for the current Blu-Ray deals on Amazon.
