There is nothing like great meatloaf! Here are the steps to make a moist and tasty meatloaf. Enjoy!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 lb Hamburger
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 1/4 cup Green Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/8 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Corn Flakes
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Step 1

Get out your materials: All ingredients, one large bowl, one fork, and one loaf pan.

  2. Step 2

Place 1 lb hamburger meat in a large bowl. Mix in one lightly beaten egg. Add chopped pepper and onions (the size is to your own preference). Add shredded cheese. Stir all ingredients together at this point.

  3. Step 3

Crush the corn flakes to your preferred size. I like to leave the flakes somewhat large, but I have also crushed them into a powder. You can do this by placing the flakes into a ziplock bag and smash them. You can also take out a rolling pin and 'roll them out.' It tastes pretty darn good either way. The texture is the only difference. Combine the corn flakes with the above ingredients. Stir well until combined.

  4. Step 4

Place mixture into a loaf pan, then bake @ 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

Tips & Warnings
  • If your meatloaf begins to get a little dry (oven temps very), add a touch of water to the bottom of the loaf pan.
  • Be sure the meat is done throughout... check the center.
