Things You'll Need

  • 1/2 cup peanut peanut butter
  • 32 oz. low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • Dixie cups
Step 1

Mash the banana in a bowl. It's easier to begin the mashing process with the peel on and then remove it once the banana is almost completely smashed. Blend and smash it with a fork until creamy.
